Our investors benefit from Marc Zafrany's more than 35 years of experience in the field of capital markets, investments and financial engineering.
Marc Zafrany started his career in 1987 as a “Fixed Income Broker” with clients being institutional investors, international Asset Managers and family offices. He then went on to launch a Financial Institution, a subsidiary of Indosuez, operating as a Primary Dealer in French Government Bonds, which later became CPR Finance. Marc Zafrany held the position at CPR Finance, as Founding Partner and Managing Director for 7 years in addition to being in charge of the European and United States Institutional Investors development.
In order to address the needs of the various Institutional and Qualified Investors, and their specific and stringent regulations, it was necessary to provide a very high added value, in combination with financial engineering, in order to elaborate and launch complex and innovative Structured Products and Dedicated SPVs.
Following his participation in an executive program at Harvard Business School in 1997, he discovered management and investments concepts used by Anglo-Saxon institutions, which were almost non-existent at the time in France and continental Europe.
This experience led to the founding of G.F.S “Global Financial Services” in France in 1999 - which was unique at the time, in using a new innovative business model of Rigorous Selection of Managers, Specialized Funds, Hedge Funds, Funds of Funds, Private Equity Funds and CLO.
G.F.S was later sold to a private Equity Fund between 2007 and 2011.
Marc Zafrany alongside his financial career has also been actively involved in the real estate sector on behalf of Institutions, Property Companies and Funds, as an advisor, as a broker with "off-market" deals, and as equity provider on behalf of his investors.
As a result, we can offer our investors and partners a comprehensive financial approach on several asset classes, including partnerships, business contributions, co-investments, Club Deals, both in an advisory role or through fundraising, through our three entities, Everest Holding, Everest Capital Partners and Everest Energy.

Everest Capital Partners is an asset management and financial investment advisory company regulated by Belgium's Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA), with a European passport, which is limited to investment advice.
Everest Energy is a Belgian company, active in the field of renewable energies and more particularly in solar energy.
