We are thrilled to be at the origin of this remarkable project, and to participate as an "Equity Partner" through Everest Holding SA in this exceptional "Value Add" club deal, in transforming this vast parking facility beneath the Champs-Élysées into a remote storage, warehouse, and urban logistics hub... The Atelier Logistique Champs Elysées, the work is currently underway.
